World Autism Awareness Day – Wear blue to shine a light on autism!

Paraprofessional Appreciation Day!  A huge thank you to all our amazing paraprofessionals!  They use their talents to help students discover their own.  Dedicating their time and energy each day to the students in their care and doing it all while meeting the individual needs of many.  Ms. Maynard, Ms. Canady, Ms. Price, Mrs. Cate, Ms. Perkins, Mrs. Harris, Ms. Jennings, Mrs. Rose, Mrs. Creighton, Mr. Garcia, Coach Mounce, Ms. Allen, Ms. Enriquez, Mr. J. Escamilla, Mrs. M. Escamilla, and Ms. Joslin!

School Librarian Appreciation Day! Librarians connect people with books, communities, and countless resources every day. They deserve great appreciation.  We literature-ly can't thank our amazing librarian Mrs. Jones enough!

Stafford Open House - Thursday, April 4

Last Open House of the 2023/2024 school year!

*Visit the teachers and classrooms 4:45-5:45pm - information will be provided on: Solar Eclipse April 8, Extra practice at home, STAAR Prep and schedule, current student work, etc.

*Book Fair will be open 4:30-6:00pm in the Stafford Library

*Stafford PTO will be taking orders for our Field Day shirts. Field Day is scheduled for May 16 at the Italy High School Stadium (weather permitting).

We are excited to announce we are working again with Dr. Mya Asberry and her Build Team for 3rd-6th grade students Spring Learning Blitz 2024. We will meet at Stafford and work with students on a variety of learning goals. Whether your student needs extra support in Math, Reading or is making straight A's, the Stafford Learning Blitz will have something beneficial for them. No sign up needed, just show up on at 830 a.m.

Stafford Elementary PTO fundraiser: Field day t-shirt order forms were sent home with students this week. Each student needs their own order form. Exact cash or checks made payable to Stafford Elementary PTO. Choosing the QR code, also needs an order form turned in, please mark paid with cash app. Orders must be turned in by Thursday, April 18th. Field day is scheduled for May 16th (weather permitting) Thank you!
